III. Performance and characteristics
1. The whole machine adopts 5 frequency conversion motor control, the whole machine tension (unwinding, coating, traction, rewinding) adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC system automatic control, through the human-machine interface touch screen control and display, improve the reliability of the whole machine tension.
2. The form of material release frame is manual lifting type single station, with magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3、The main coating is comma scraper coating method, the comma scraper roller clutch adjustment adopts pneumatic swing arm type, the swing arm is equipped with micro-adjustment device control, the thickness of the glue quantity is controlled by the stopper.
