This machine introduces the advanced coating and moulding technology from Korea combined with its own 

experience of producing coating and moulding machines for many years.

1. Combine two processes of coating and moulding, two equipments into one assembly line. Only one machine

 is needed to produce laser effect. Save labor cost and production cost.

2. The molding template adopts new material (PET/PVC) template, which does not need traditional nickel plate

 and saves production cost.

3. The produced radium film has excellent high temperature resistance, now the domestic way is about 120 degrees, 

our way can reach 170 degrees.

4. The range of products made by the current way is limited, mainly PET 12--50 micron or so, our way can reach

 12--150 micron, PET/OPP are available
