Uses.
This lift type film blowing machine is used for blowing high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic films, which are widely used for packaging of civil and industrial products such as fruits, food, garments, textiles and daily necessities. After formulation, it can produce pearl film and degradable film.
Features.
1. The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA high quality alloy steel, nitride treated and precision machined, high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and durable. 2. The film head is plated with hard chrome, its structure is spiral mandrel type, the discharge is even and smooth, the structure of air-cooling device is labyrinth type, the air discharge is even, the temperature can be controlled automatically, automatic heating, lifting and pulling device, the height of the lifting frame can be adjusted automatically according to different process requirements, and the inserting mechanism is attached, capable of making undershirt bags. 3.
